Important Booking Information

Sometimes booking emails land in junk mail folders or are blocked by google as spam.
Please check your spam/ junk/ promotional folders if you haven't received your important emails from us.
Emails from us come from anna@apcounselling.com.au and internal links will be from app.betterclinicsapp.com

Check your inbox for two important emails:

1. New Client Contract Form - AP Counselling.

This email will contain a teal coloured "Complete Form" Button. Please select that button and complete the form ASAP.

This form must be electronically signed and submitted before your appointment.

2. Zoom Invitation - AP Counselling.

Your privacy is of the highest importance to me so I have enabled End-to-End (E2E) Encryption on all Zoom Meetings. Please download the Zoom Could Meetings App and make sure your video and microphone are enabled.

Please make sure you’ve given permission/ enabled your video and audio (microphone) settings on the device you’re using AND in the Zoom Cloud Meetings App.

Appointment Reminders:

Generally you will receive two appointment reminders via SMS and Email.

One at the time of booking and another at least one (1) hour before your scheduled appointment.

When you get the first appointment reminder please click the 'confirm or cancel' link > select confirm.
When you get the second appointment reminder you do not need to confirm again. But if for some reason you need to reschedule/cancel your booking please get in touch asap.

Payment Information:

Session Duration - 60 minutes

Session Cost - AUD $95.00 (subject to change without notice)

Payment Options - Pay by Credit Card using Stripe at time of booking your online appointment.

Please Note:

When you book an online appointment payment must be made at the time of booking, taking the hassle out of paying later.
